This property and staff are amazing! Rooms are freshly renovated and a very responsive team!

I loved pretty much everything about it. My wife and I got there, were welcomed, there was great breakfast in the morning, spacious rooms, etc. I started getting an allergic reaction while I was in the room (I have very sensitive skin and am very sensitive to airborne allergens so its possible it had nothing to do with the room). The reason I gave it 5 stars still is because once I brought it to the hotel staff's attention she did literally everything to try to fix it under some very difficult circumstances. A bunch of teenagers were running around and banging on doors and she was trying to address my concern while that was going on and renovations were going on. That's dedication. I went back to the room with clean sheets and everything was good for the rest of the night. In the morning, the breakfast was good. Then we left seamlessly with a new and friendly hotel staff in the morning.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Queensbury for five nights due to an unexpected family tragedy, and I cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and support during our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. The front desk team greeted us with genuine warmth and offered words of sympathy that truly meant a lot. The housekeeping staff were also incredibly kind, making sure we had everything we needed. What touched us most was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel manager, who prepared a birthday gift and card for our child. It was such a meaningful act that lifted our spirits during a tough time. Every single staff member greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. Their compassion and hospitality turned a difficult situation into a more bearable one, and we’re so grateful. Thank you to everyone at Holiday Inn Queensbury — we will never forget your kindness.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Our room was very spacious with a seating area too. Enjoyed the mini fridge and microwave in the room, which came in handy. Some noise from people above us, but not horrible. Breakfast was very busy and they had a decent selection of items.

Genuinely surprised by this hotel. Very clean, modern, well kept and generally quiet. Continental breakfast was the nicest I've seen in 40 years. Beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Nicer than some high end hotels and resorts I've stayed at. I'd say the rooms are about as quiet as most other hotels? Someone mentioned hearing activity in the hallway, which I would say was only noticeable in the morning and not any time at night while sleeping. And in my experience about the same as most hotels, especially at this price point.

This hotel is clean and modern. The room was showing some signs of wear, but was clean. Breakfast was great. Overall great place to stay.

Highly recommend this place if either near or far.. rooms are super clean. Staff is absolutely amazing. We had a queen suite and it’s beautiful. The staff is so friendly check in amazing. They have computers. Internet. Board games for kids. Hot tub and pool super clean and warm. Bathroom was beautiful we will def be staying here again and again. We did a night with kids so they could swim in the winter and we are doing without kids next weekend. 100% you will not regret. Best I’ve stayed in. Thank you guys!! Holiday inn is now our go to place!

Very large room with a king size bed. Very clean, nice lighting, tv, and a safe in the cabinet.
